Cleno keeps this short and true. We hold to one rule from our own charter: no personal data appears on our public surfaces — the ledger publishes delivery, never people. This page covers the two places data lives: the marketing site you're reading, and the app where campaigns run.

1. The marketing site (cleno.ai)
The marketing site is a static site. It runs no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers. Our host (Vercel) processes standard server request logs — such as IP address and user agent — to serve and secure the site. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page and say what and why.
2. The app (when you sign in)
When you create an account to run or clip a campaign, we store the account in Cleno's own database. What we collect depends on who you are:
- —Brands sign in with email and Google. We store your account, your campaign briefs, and your billing records.
- —Clippers sign in through Whop. Identity verification (KYC) and payouts run on Whop — those documents live with Whop, not with Cleno.
- —Connected accounts. If you connect YouTube or Instagram, we use that authorization only to read the view performance of clips in your campaign.
3. Who processes data for us
We rely on a small set of providers, each under their own privacy terms:

4. Retention, your rights, and cookies
We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as long as the law requires — exact periods: retention schedule to be finalised. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to hello@cleno.ai; the formal rights process and any regional specifics (GDPR / CCPA) are to be finalised before launch. The marketing site sets only the cookies required for it to function — full cookie detail: cookie table to be finalised.
5. Changes & contact
Cleno is pre-launch; this policy is provisional and will be finalised before the first paid campaign. When it changes materially, we'll update the effective date above. Reach us any time at hello@cleno.ai.
