HOW IT WORKS

Five steps. Every one on the record.

Self-serve end to end — you never book a call. Each step below shows the real product screen it happens in.

01

Write the brief and fund it

Your long-form source, the do’s and don’ts, the budget — from $2,000. The complete price is computed on the same screen before you pay.

Cleno campaign-create screen: the brief form with the complete price computed on the same page — Budget $2,000 · $1.50 per 1,000 views — and the screening rules that freeze into the brief.
02

The brief goes to the vetted roster

Independent clippers — KYC’d through Whop — pick it up, cut clips, and post to their own audiences with paid-partnership disclosure on every clip.

A clipper's view of a live brief in Cleno: the campaign, its accepted platforms, and the paid-partnership disclosure the clipper must attest before submitting a clip for screening.
03

Every submission is screened before it bills

Bot traffic and junk get dropped. This is the screen the category won’t show you — including what a rejection looks like. What’s screened out costs you nothing.

Cleno's operator screening console with a rejected submission selected: the append-only record shows verdict Rejected, the cited brief rule (FTC paid-partnership disclosure), the operator note, and the decision timestamp.THE ONE THEY’D NEVER SHOW
04

You pay on what survived

Media at cost, per 1,000 screened views. Cleno’s published fee — 15–25% of that screened spend — on top. Whop’s 2.7% + $0.30 per charge passed through, as of 2026-08-05.

Cleno's funding step for a live campaign: an itemised panel — Budget $2,000.00, Rate per 1,000 views $1.50, Status Open — with the campaign shown funded and live.
05

The delivery goes on the public ledger

Budgeted, delivered after screening, screened out — published for anyone to read. If we miss, the miss is published in the same type as a hit. The ledger is live now, and empty.

Cleno's public ledger, live and empty: 'Every campaign. Misses included.' with a placeholder row reading 'awaiting campaign zero — not yet published', and the note that no campaign has published screened delivery yet.

That’s the whole machine. No step happens off the record.
