# Cleno > Cleno is a paid-clipping campaign platform: brands fund a campaign, vetted clippers cut the brand's long-form into clips and post them to their own audiences with paid-partnership disclosure, and the brand pays per 1,000 views that survive bot-and-quality screening. Cleno's fee is a published percentage of the spend that survives screening, inside a 15-25% band (the exact number is set after campaign zero measures review cost). Media is passed through at cost. Campaigns start at $2,000. Key facts: - Every clip is disclosed as a paid partnership, as the FTC requires. Cleno never presents paid placement as organic or authentic and refuses undisclosed campaigns at any budget. - Views are screened before they bill: bot traffic, view-farm activity, duplicates, off-brief clips, and undisclosed posts fail the screen, don't count, and don't cost the buyer anything. Published numbers are always post-screening numbers. - Every campaign's delivery is published on a public ledger (budgeted, delivered after screening, missed), misses included. The ledger measures delivery, never value. - Campaign briefs go to a vetted clipper roster only; Cleno does not run a public claim-board. - Buyers with no long-form library to clip from are refused. Buyers under the campaign minimum are shown how to run a campaign themselves instead. - Checkout, identity verification (KYC), and clipper payouts run on Whop; Whop's payment-processing fee is a disclosed pass-through, not a Cleno margin. - Cleno does not guarantee view counts. Buyers pay only for delivery that survived screening, and the result is published either way. ## Pages - [Home](https://cleno.ai/): the model in brief, the complete price, and who Cleno is and isn't for - [How it works](https://cleno.ai/how-it-works/): the full campaign lifecycle, from brief to ledger entry - [Pricing](https://cleno.ai/pricing/): the complete price on the page, including the Whop pass-through - [Delivery ledger](https://cleno.ai/ledger/): the public record of every campaign's delivery - [Compare](https://cleno.ai/compare/): Cleno vs. a typical managed agency vs. DIY on a rewards board - [For clippers](https://cleno.ai/clippers/): joining the vetted roster and how payouts work - [FAQ](https://cleno.ai/faq/): direct answers, same as below - [About](https://cleno.ai/about/): who builds Cleno - [Blog](https://cleno.ai/blog/): notes and guides ## FAQ ### What is Cleno? Cleno is a paid-clipping campaign platform. Brands fund a campaign with a brief and a budget, vetted clippers cut the brand's long-form content into short vertical clips and post them to their own audiences, and the brand pays per 1,000 views that survive bot-and-quality screening. Every campaign's delivery is published on a public ledger, misses included. ### What is paid clipping? Paid clipping is renting other people's distribution, priced per view. Independent creators (clippers) cut existing long-form content, such as podcasts or keynotes, into short clips and post them to their own social accounts. The buyer pays a posted rate per 1,000 views. Every clip run through Cleno is disclosed as a paid partnership. ### What does Cleno cost? Cleno charges a published percentage of the spend that survives screening. The fee will land inside a 15-25% band; the exact number is set after campaign zero measures what screening actually costs, and we publish the band rather than invent a figure. Media is passed through at cost, campaigns start at $2,000, and the complete price is on the pricing page — not quoted on a call. There is no subscription. ### What is a screened view? A screened view is a view that survived Cleno's bot-and-quality screen. Platform view counters include bot traffic and junk engagement; Cleno reviews every submission against the rules written into the campaign brief before it bills. Views that fail the screen do not count and do not cost the buyer anything. Published numbers are always post-screening numbers. ### Do you guarantee a number of views? No. Cleno guarantees the terms, not the outcome: you only pay for delivery that survived screening, and whatever the campaign actually delivered is published on the public ledger, including where it missed. Anyone guaranteeing view counts in this category is either buying them or hiding the misses. ### Is this organic marketing? No. Cleno campaigns are paid media, and every clip is disclosed as a paid partnership as the FTC requires. We never present paid placement as organic or authentic, and we refuse campaigns that ask for undisclosed or deniable placement. ### What is the minimum campaign size? Campaigns start at $2,000. Below that, the economics do not work as a screened, managed campaign. If your budget is smaller, write to us and we will show you how to run it yourself on a rewards board instead. ### Who does Cleno refuse to work with? Three refusals are structural. Buyers who want undisclosed or deniable placement: refused at any budget. Buyers with no long-form library to clip from: refused, because there is nothing real to distribute. Campaigns under the minimum: not accepted, but we will show you the do-it-yourself route. Cleno qualifies buyers by behaviour, not by industry. ### How do clippers get paid? Clippers on the Cleno roster are paid the posted rate per 1,000 screened views on their submitted clips. Identity verification and payouts run on Whop. Briefs go to the vetted roster only; Cleno does not run a public claim-board. ### What is the delivery ledger? The ledger is Cleno's public record of every campaign it runs: what the campaign budgeted, what it delivered after screening, and where it missed. It measures delivery, never value, and its first entry is Cleno's own campaign zero. If we cannot stand behind a number, we do not publish it. ## Contact - Email: hello@cleno.ai
